Molyneux Productions currently has three contemporary shows running: "A Night Of Stars," "Pure Platinum," and "Let's Rock" are all receiving standing ovations night after night. They are tributes to some of the music performed by some of the greatest living legends and chart busters of all time. Aretha Franklin, Tom Jones, Garth Brooks, Santana, Cher, Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Ricki Martin, Celine Dion and more. The sets looks like a hip Miami nightclub with neon glowing lights and illuminated bandstands and an MTV futuristic dancer's playground. The band plays right on stage for some and in the box seats on others. Each is performed with live bands playing with orchestrated tracks.
Over the band's head is a catwalk that covers the width of the stage. Here the dancers grind and singers belt. We have roll on set pieces like metallic go go girl dance cages for our "Black Magic Woman," "Evil Ways" and "Smooth" female dancers and we make the audience feel a part of the show by dancing in the aisles. This show highlights the best of Rock n Roll, Country, Pop, 70's Disco and Latin. The singers really get a chance to show their chops and the dancers sweat it out with the high-energy aerobic choreography. It does showcase a variety of styles but the groove is certainly cool, hip and exciting.
Each show offers something completely different for the cruising
guest. The cast is extremely strong and truly makes the shows
come to life. The vocalist wail and the dancers rock. The costumes
are original, sleek, sexy, full of flash, and classy. The sets
are breath taking and add that bit of realism that only a Broadway
or West End show can bring. The choreography is truly in an elite
league of is own and allows the dancers to be challenged like
never before and still shine like the stars they are. The arrangements
are very creative, unique and show flow conscience. The lights
and special effects truly make the show powerful and dramatic,
while the directing and staging is creative and effortless.
